Group Lock

One trigger locks distracting apps for everyone in the group at once, and every slip past the grace minute is paid for by the whole team.

Shared stakes

Sixty seconds of slack. Two minutes for everyone.

RAID doesn't slam the door. Open a blocked app and you get one minute — then it locks, and two minutes are added to the whole team's focus time. Your detour is never yours alone; the group rides longer until it's paid off.

The stakes screen: ride free or stake tokens into a shared pot, with the warning that bailing early hands your share to whoever stayed.

Accountability layer

You can't quietly bail.

  1. Flag

    Any member can anonymously flag a peer who's scrolling instead of studying.

  2. Vote

    The group votes on whether to grant early unlock.

  3. Escalate

    Each slip past the one-minute grace adds two minutes to the whole team's focus time — the more anyone reaches for their phone, the longer everyone rides.
